| CVE-2026-111048 | 1 Fossbilling | 1 Fossbilling | 2026-11-03 | N/A |
| FOSSBilling is an open source billing and client-management platform. From 0.1.0 until 0.8.9, the admin/support/note_create endpoint stores the note parameter without sanitization in the support_ticket_note table, and src/modules/Support/templates/admin/mod_support_tickets.html.twig renders each stored support ticket note through innerHTML in the admin ticket list. A staff user with only the support.manage_tickets permission can store HTML or JavaScript that executes when another staff member opens the ticket notes. The script runs with the viewing staff member's session and privileges, can read a CSRF token and accessible client or invoice data, and can perform administrative actions available to the viewer, including a Super Administrator. The ticket detail page is not affected because its Twig rendering uses autoescaping. This issue is fixed in version 0.8.9. | ||||
| CVE-2026-108147 | 2 Django Project, Djangoproject | 2 Django, Django | 2026-11-03 | 5.3 Medium |
| An issue was discovered in Django 6.1 before 6.1.3, 6.0.4 before 6.0.10, and 5.2.13 before 5.2.19. `django.http.multipartparser.MultiPartParser` is subject to excessive memory consumption when processing multipart file uploads with base64 `Content-Transfer-Encoding`, which could be buffered entirely in memory before being passed to upload handlers. Earlier, unsupported Django series (such as 5.1.x, 5.0.x, and 4.2.x) were not evaluated and may also be affected. Django would like to thank Ignacy Kujawa for reporting this issue. | ||||

| CVE-2026-99268 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-11-03 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: io_uring: wake ring pollers for local task_work With IORING_SETUP_DEFER_TASKRUN completions are queued as local work, and only become CQEs when the submitter enters the kernel to wait for events. For an application that finds out via poll() or epoll on the ring fd when it is time to do that, io_uring_poll() reports EPOLLIN if local work is pending. That only helps if the work is there at the time of the call. When DEFER_TASKRUN was added, io_req_local_work_add() did io_cqring_wake(), which took care of tasks sleeping in poll() as well. Then polling got a wait queue of its own, ->poll_wq, and the wake up in io_req_local_work_add() was replaced by waking the submitter directly. Since then ->poll_wq is only woken when CQEs are committed, which for such a ring is done by the very task that is waiting to be told to: submitter completion poll(ring_fd) io_uring_poll() // nothing yet schedule() io_req_local_work_add() // ->cq_wait_nr: nobody waits // sleeps on Wake ->poll_wq when the first entry is put on the work list. Like for the eventfd, that must not be done right away if the work is queued from a wake up handler, as the chain of wake ups could get back to the wait queue whose lock is held. Use an RCU callback in that case, with a reference to the ring. | ||||
| CVE-2026-99267 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-11-03 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: io_uring/napi: make stale entries time out after 60s With dynamic tracking a NAPI id that hasn't been seen for a minute is meant to be dropped from the list the ring busy polls. The timeout is added to jiffies, but it is defined as 60 * SEC_CONVERSION, and SEC_CONVERSION isn't the number of jiffies in a second. It is the internal factor of __timespec64_to_jiffies(), HZ scaled up by SEC_JIFFIE_SC bits. For HZ=1000 that is 1000 << 22, which puts the timeout at about eight years. On 32-bit the multiplication overflows. So entries are never removed, and every id that a socket of the ring ever had keeps being polled on each wait. | ||||
| CVE-2026-99252 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-11-03 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: io_uring/mpscq: disable preemption while pushing A push makes the node the new tail, and then links it to its predecessor. In between the queue isn't empty, but mpscq_pop() can't get at the node. The consumers deal with that by trying again, with a cond_resched() in the loop to give a preempted producer the chance to finish. cond_resched() doesn't do that if the consumer has a higher priority than the producer and both have to use the same CPU: producer (SCHED_OTHER) consumer (SCHED_FIFO), same CPU io_req_local_work_add() mpscq_push() prev = xchg(&q->tail, node) <preempted> io_cqring_wait() __io_run_local_work() again: cond_resched() // nothing to do mpscq_pop() // NULL // work pending, no events yet goto again The producer can be any task that is able to queue task_work for the ring: an io-wq worker, or somebody who sends a message with IORING_OP_MSG_RING. The consumer spins, holding ->uring_lock, until the scheduler takes pity on the fair class, which takes about a second with the default settings of the fair server, and forever without it. The loops in tctx_task_work_run() and io_cancel_local_task_work() have the same problem. Don't allow preemption between the two steps. That bounds the time the window is open on the CPU of the producer by what interrupts take, and a consumer that waits for that is on another CPU. The cost is a preempt_disable()/preempt_enable() pair per push. | ||||
| CVE-2026-99232 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-11-03 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tracing/syscalls: Use copy_from_user for the faultable syscall buffer syscall_copy_user_array() copies the buffer argument of faultable syscalls (write, pwrite64, ...) with __copy_from_user(), which skips access_ok(). Use copy_from_user() instead so a non-user address is rejected and the entry is recorded as faulted. It could be a security concern for machines that trust perf a bit too much. | ||||
| CVE-2026-99228 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-11-03 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: io_uring/io-wq: don't lose the signal that ends work When a thread exits, only its tracked requests are cancelled. Then its io-wq is torn down. io_wq_exit_workers() signals every worker, to get it out of an interruptible sleep, and waits for all of them to exit. Before they do, they go through the work that is left. Unbounded work is cancelled. Bounded work is run, as it is expected to end by itself. Not all of it does. An open has no file yet, so it counts as bounded, and the open of a FIFO waits for the other end. That is what the signal is for. But the workers are signalled once, and a worker that hasn't started the work by then loses the signal: io_wq_exit_workers() io_worker_handle_work() io_wq_worker_wake() set TIF_NOTIFY_SIGNAL io_assign_current_work() io_run_task_work() clear TIF_NOTIFY_SIGNAL io_wq_submit_work() fifo_open() wait_for_partner() wait_for_completion_timeout() The thread never gets out of do_exit(): IORING_OP_OPENAT of a FIFO without a writer, IOSQE_ASYNC exit of the thread that has submitted it hangs in more than 9 of 10 attempts (4 CPUs, KVM), until the process is killed. Set TIF_NOTIFY_SIGNAL for bounded work that is started with IO_WQ_BIT_EXIT set. The bit is set before the workers are signalled, and it is tested after the flag has been cleared, with clear_notify_signal() providing the barrier. So either the flag stays, or the bit is seen. Work that is started while the io-wq exits is treated like work that is being run at that time: it isn't interrupted unless it waits interruptibly. | ||||
| CVE-2026-38595 | 2026-11-03 | N/A | ||
| An issue in im3x Scriptables through v2-dev branch allows attackers to inject arbitrary OS commands via uploading a file with a crafted filename to the /sync endpoint. | ||||
| CVE-2026-121445 | 2 Darylldoyle, Drupal | 2 Svg-sanitizer, Svg Sanitizer | 2026-11-03 | 5.9 Medium |
| darylldoyle svg-sanitizer from 1.0.0 before 1.1.0 contains a regular expression denial of service vulnerability in the image-set pattern of stripRemoteCssTokens() when removeRemoteReferences is enabled. Attackers can submit SVGs with many unclosed image-set tokens to exhaust CPU, or trigger PCRE limits causing sanitize() to throw a TypeError and leave unsanitized content. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115715 | 1 Elastic | 1 Elasticsearch | 2026-11-03 | 6.5 Medium |
| Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling (CWE-770) in Elasticsearch can lead to denial of service via a specially crafted input value that is processed by an affected phonetic encoder of the analysis-phonetic plugin. An authenticated user with permission to write documents to or run searches against an index that uses an affected encoder can cause an Elasticsearch node to exhaust its heap memory. The node can become unresponsive or terminate. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115716 | 1 Elastic | 1 Apm Server | 2026-11-03 | 6.5 Medium |
| Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling (CWE-770) in APM Server can lead to denial of service via Oversized Serialized Data Payloads (CAPEC-231). An attacker who can send OpenTelemetry (OTLP) data to APM Server over HTTP can cause APM Server to exhaust its memory and terminate. This stops the intake of APM and OpenTelemetry data until APM Server restarts. | ||||

| CVE-2026-97350 | 2026-11-03 | N/A | ||
| Securepoint SSL VPN Client v2 on Windows contains vulnerabilities in the handling of OpenVPN configurations and proxy settings that allow non-privileged local users to influence operations performed with NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM privileges. Two attack vectors have been identified: * Improper authorization of configuration checksum updates: The privileged service does not properly validate the authorization of connecting clients when updating the checksum of an OpenVPN configuration. This allows a non-privileged local user to modify an OpenVPN configuration and set a valid checksum without administrator privileges. The modified configuration is subsequently processed with NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM privileges. * Argument injection via proxy settings: The client does not properly validate or sanitize proxy settings before passing them as arguments to OpenVPN. A non-privileged local user can inject additional arguments through the proxy settings, influencing the execution of OpenVPN with NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM privileges. This attack vector does not require direct communication with the privileged service or modification of the protected OpenVPN configuration. | ||||
