CVSS v3.1 |
| In Eclipse ThreadX NetX Duo versions 6.0 through 6.5.2.202603a, built with BSD raw socket and IPv6 support, the IPv6 raw send path uses the destination-table entry it adds without checking that the add succeeded. When the destination table is full and an off-link destination is reached through a default router whose neighbour cache entry is unknown, sending on an IPv6 raw socket with header inclusion dereferences a NULL pointer; a remote sender can fill the table, for example with ICMPv6 Packet Too Big messages, and crash the sending thread. |
| In removeUserData of DevicePolicyManagerService.java, there is a possible denial of service due to a race condition. This could lead to local denial of service with User execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. |

| Asterisk is an open source private branch exchange and telephony toolkit. Prior to Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3, a NULL pointer dereference in the `Asterisk Manager Interface (AMI)` may allow an unauthenticated attacker to crash Asterisk when `Digest Authentication` is used via `HTTP`. The Asterisk `HTTP` web server, AMI, and AMI access via `HTTP` must all be enabled; each is disabled by default. The attacker must be able to connect to the `HTTP` server, which binds only to `127.0.0.1` by default even when enabled. This issue is fixed in Asterisk 20.20.1, 21.12.3, 22.10.1, 23.4.1 and Certified Asterisk 20.7-cert11, 22.8-cert3. |
| MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models. From 3.12.0rc0 until 3.17.0, third-party scorer deserialization in mlflow/genai/scorers/base.py accepts request-selected descendants of THIRD_PARTY_SCORER_ALLOWED_MODULES rather than requiring an exact allowed module. A caller can use MLflow artifact endpoints to place a Python module beneath a writable allowed package and submit its module and class through /ajax-api/3.0/mlflow/scorer/invoke. Scorer.model_validate_json() imports the module and constructs the class before trace processing. Authentication-disabled deployments permit this code execution without credentials, while basic-auth deployments require a principal capable of creating an experiment and run and uploading artifacts. In either configuration, the allowed scorer package must be writable by the server process. This issue is fixed in version 3.17.0. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
keys: Check the authorization payload in process keyring searches
An authorization payload and its saved credentials must remain valid
while search_process_keyrings_rcu() searches the requestor's keyrings.
The function validates the authorization key, then separately loads
payload.data[0] and unconditionally reads rka->cred. Validation does
not prevent request_key_auth_revoke() from clearing the payload.
A request-key helper can assume authority and fork a descendant that
inherits the authorization key. If the descendant misses in its own
keyrings, it falls back to the saved requestor credentials. Successful
target instantiation invalidates the authorization key without clearing
the payload. After the helper exits, UMH_WAIT_PROC returns to the
requester, which calls complete_request_key() and revokes that key.
With the descendant paused after validation, the paths can interleave
as follows:
1. The descendant enters search_process_keyrings_rcu() under RCU and
key_validate() succeeds.
2. The helper instantiates the target, invalidates the authorization
key, and exits.
3. The requester resumes from UMH_WAIT_PROC, calls
complete_request_key(), and revokes the authorization key.
request_key_auth_revoke() sets its payload pointer to NULL.
4. The descendant loads NULL and dereferences rka->cred.
This NULL dereference can oops the kernel. RCU delays payload disposal
but does not prevent the pointer from being cleared.
Load the payload with dereference_key_rcu() and require a non-NULL
result before validating the authorization key and searching its saved
credentials. A non-NULL payload and its credentials remain alive for
the caller's RCU read-side section; a cleared payload skips the fallback
search and follows the existing error selection.

| NULL Pointer Dereference in GitHub repository vim/vim prior to 8.2.4959. |
| A flaw was found in unzip. The vulnerability occurs due to improper handling of Unicode strings, which can lead to a null pointer dereference. This flaw allows an attacker to input a specially crafted zip file, leading to a crash or code execution. |
| A crafted input file could cause a null pointer dereference in jcopy_sample_rows() when processed by libjpeg-turbo. |
| In SQLite 3.27.2, interleaving reads and writes in a single transaction with an fts5 virtual table will lead to a NULL Pointer Dereference in fts5ChunkIterate in sqlite3.c. This is related to ext/fts5/fts5_hash.c and ext/fts5/fts5_index.c. |
| An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel through 5.2.9. There is a NULL pointer dereference caused by a malicious USB device in the flexcop_usb_probe function in the drivers/media/usb/b2c2/flexcop-usb.c driver. |
| In VideoLAN VLC media player 3.0.7.1, there is a NULL pointer dereference at the function SeekPercent of demux/asf/asf.c that will lead to a denial of service attack. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
asymmetric_keys: reject trust keys without IDs
The PKCS#8 parser deliberately leaves the asym_key_ids payload slot
empty. key_or_keyring_common() unconditionally dereferences that slot
when a PKCS#8 key is supplied to a key_or_keyring restriction. Both the
plain and :chain forms reach this branch, allowing an unprivileged caller
to trigger a NULL pointer dereference through KEYCTL_RESTRICT_KEYRING
followed by add_key().
Oops: general protection fault, probably for non-canonical address 0xdffffc0000000000

Reject an asymmetric restriction key without key IDs. A PKCS#8 private
key cannot identify the signer of a candidate certificate and is not a
valid trust anchor. |
| In Eclipse ThreadX NetX Duo versions 6.4.5.202504 through 6.5.2.202603a, built with IPv6 path MTU discovery, the ICMPv6 Packet Too Big handler uses the destination-table entry it adds without checking that the add succeeded. A sender on the network can fill the destination table with Packet Too Big messages quoting new destinations, after which the next message makes the IP helper thread dereference a NULL pointer, crashing it on targets that fault on address 0 and stopping all network processing. |
| Postiz lets a signed-in user ask the backend to run a function on one of their connected channels. The backend did not restrict which functions can be requested, so a user could call internal helper functions that were never meant to be reachable from the web interface.
One of those helpers reads a file from the server's disk. A user who connects a channel whose stored token is a file path can have the backend return the contents of any file it can read, including its environment, which holds the secret used to sign login sessions, the database address and the credentials of connected services. Another helper makes the backend process exit with a single request. Self-registration is open by default, so no existing account and no action by another user is needed. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
gpio: mxc: fix race between chained IRQ handler install and probe completion
mxc_update_irq_chained_handler() is called before the IRQ domain, the
generic IRQ chip, and the port list entry are set up. If an interrupt
arrives in that window:
- mx3_gpio_irq_handler() calls generic_handle_domain_irq() with
port->domain still NULL.
- mx2_gpio_irq_handler() walks mxc_gpio_ports, but the port has not
been added to the list yet.
Additionally, if any of the subsequent probe steps
(gpio_generic_chip_init(), devm_gpiochip_add_data(),
irq_domain_create_legacy(), or mxc_gpio_init_gc()) fail, the error
paths never unregister the chained handler, leaving a dangling handler
that points at freed memory.
Move the handler installation after all its dependencies are ready and
after list_add_tail(), so the handler is never live while the data
structures it touches are incomplete, and is never installed if probe
fails. |
| The Sleuth Kit through 4.15.0 contains a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability in decmpfs_decompress_lzvn_attr() that allows attackers to crash the tool by supplying a crafted HFS+ image. Attackers can set a huge uncompressed_size in an LZVN inline com.apple.decmpfs attribute so allocation fails and the decoder writes through NULL, causing denial of service. |
