CVE-2025-54082 2026-04-15 N/A
marshmallow-packages/nova-tiptap is a rich text editor for Laravel Nova based on tiptap. Prior to 5.7.0, a vulnerability was discovered in the marshmallow-packages/nova-tiptap Laravel Nova package that allows unauthenticated users to upload arbitrary files to any Laravel disk configured in the application. The vulnerability is due to missing authentication middleware (Nova and Nova.Auth) on the /nova-tiptap/api/file upload endpoint, the lack of validation on uploaded files (no MIME/type or extension restrictions), and the ability for an attacker to choose the disk parameter dynamically. This means an attacker can craft a custom form and send a POST request to /nova-tiptap/api/file, supplying a valid CSRF token, and upload executable or malicious files (e.g., .php, binaries) to public disks such as local, public, or s3. If a publicly accessible storage path is used (e.g. S3 with public access, or Laravel’s public disk), the attacker may gain the ability to execute or distribute arbitrary files — amounting to a potential Remote Code Execution (RCE) vector in some environments. This vulnerability was fixed in 5.7.0.

The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. This product takes the approach of rolling releases to provide continious delivery. Therefore, version details for affected and updated releases are not available.

CVE-2013-10047 3 Microsoft, Miniweb2, Miniweb Http Server Project 3 Windows, Miniweb, Miniweb Http Server 2026-04-15 N/A
An unrestricted file upload vulnerability exists in MiniWeb HTTP Server <= Build 300 that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to upload arbitrary files to the server’s filesystem. By abusing the upload handler and crafting a traversal path, an attacker can place a malicious .exe in system32, followed by a .mof file in the WMI directory. This triggers execution of the payload with SYSTEM privileges via the Windows Management Instrumentation service. The exploit is only viable on Windows versions prior to Vista.
CVE-2013-10055 1 Havalite 2 Cms, Havalite 2026-04-15 N/A
An unauthenticated arbitrary file upload vulnerability exists in Havalite CMS version 1.1.7 (and possibly earlier) in the upload.php script. The application fails to enforce proper file extension validation and authentication checks, allowing remote attackers to upload malicious PHP files via a crafted multipart/form-data POST request. Once uploaded, the attacker can access the file directly under havalite/tmp/files/, resulting in remote code execution.
CVE-2013-10066 1 Kordil Edms Project 1 Kordil Edms 2026-04-15 N/A
An unauthenticated arbitrary file upload vulnerability exists in Kordil EDMS v2.2.60rc3. The application exposes an upload endpoint (users_add.php) that allows attackers to upload files to the /userpictures/ directory without authentication. This flaw enables remote code execution by uploading a PHP payload and invoking it via a direct HTTP request.
CVE-2024-6132 1 Wordpress 1 Wordpress 2026-04-15 8.8 High
The Pexels: Free Stock Photos plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the 'pexels_fsp_images_options_validate' function in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.2. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level and above permissions, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible.
CVE-2020-36825 2026-04-15 6.3 Medium
** UNSUPPORTED WHEN ASSIGNED ** ** DISPUTED ** A vulnerability has been found in cyberaz0r WebRAT up to 20191222 and classified as critical. This vulnerability affects the function download_file of the file Server/api.php. The manipulation of the argument name leads to unrestricted upload. The attack can be initiated remotely. The real existence of this vulnerability is still doubted at the moment. The patch is identified as 0c394a795b9c10c07085361e6fcea286ee793701. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue. VDB-257782 is the identifier assigned to this vulnerability. NOTE: This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer. NOTE: The issue, discovered in a 20-stars GitHub project (now private) by its author, had CVE requested by a third party 4 years post-resolution, referencing the fix commit (now a broken link). Due to minimal attention and usage, it should not be eligible for CVE according to the project maintainer.
CVE-2020-36973 1 Michalc 1 Pdw File Browser 2026-04-15 6.5 Medium
PDW File Browser 1.3 contains a remote code execution vulnerability that allows authenticated users to upload and rename webshell files to arbitrary web server locations. Attackers can upload a .txt webshell, rename it to .php, and move it to accessible directories using double-encoded path traversal techniques.
CVE-2024-7074 2026-04-15 6.8 Medium
An arbitrary file upload vulnerability exists in multiple WSO2 products due to improper validation of user input in SOAP admin services. A malicious actor with administrative privileges can upload an arbitrary file to a user-controlled location on the server. By leveraging this vulnerability, an attacker could upload a specially crafted payload, potentially achieving remote code execution (RCE) on the server. Exploitation requires valid admin credentials, limiting its impact to authorized but potentially malicious users.
CVE-2025-7917 2026-04-15 7.2 High
WinMatrix3 Web package developed by Simopro Technology has an Arbitrary File Upload vulnerability, allowing remote attackers with administrator privileges to upload and execute web shell backdoors, thereby enabling arbitrary code execution on the server.
CVE-2023-30968 2026-04-15 6.8 Medium
One of Gotham Gaia services was found to be vulnerable to a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability that could have allowed an attacker to bypass CSP and get a persistent cross site scripting payload on the stack.
CVE-2023-46694 1 Vtenext 1 Vtenext 2026-04-15 8.1 High
Vtenext 21.02 allows an authenticated attacker to upload arbitrary files, potentially enabling them to execute remote commands. This flaw exists due to the application's failure to enforce proper authentication controls when accessing the Ckeditor file manager functionality.

CVE-2025-61768 1 Kuno 1 Kuno Cms 2026-04-15 N/A
KUNO CMS is a fully deployable full-stack blog application. In versions prior to 1.3.15, an SSRF (Server-Side Request Forgery) vulnerability exists in the Media module of the Kuno CMS administrative panel. A logged-in administrator can upload a specially crafted SVG file containing an external image reference, causing the server to initiate an outgoing connection to an arbitrary external URL. This can lead to information disclosure or internal network probing. Version 1.3.15 contains a fix for the issue.
CVE-2024-2334 2 Envato, Wordpress 2 Template Kit - Import, Wordpress 2026-04-15 6.4 Medium
The Template Kit – Import plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the template upload functionality in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.14 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
