| The stream_reqbody_cl function in mod_proxy_http.c in the mod_proxy module in the Apache HTTP Server before 2.3.3, when a reverse proxy is configured, does not properly handle an amount of streamed data that exceeds the Content-Length value, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (CPU consumption) via crafted requests. | ||||
| CVE-2026-41146 | 1 Boazsegev | 2 Facil.io, Iodine | 2026-04-22 | N/A |
| facil.io is a C micro-framework for web applications. Prior to commit 5128747363055201d3ecf0e29bf0a961703c9fa0, `fio_json_parse` can enter an infinite loop when it encounters a nested JSON value starting with `i` or `I`. The process spins in user space and pegs one CPU core at ~100% instead of returning a parse error. Because `iodine` vendors the same parser code, the issue also affects `iodine` when it parses attacker-controlled JSON. The smallest reproducer I found is `[i`. The quoted-value form that originally exposed the issue, `[""i`, reaches the same bug because the parser tolerates missing commas and then treats the trailing `i` as the start of another value. Commit 5128747363055201d3ecf0e29bf0a961703c9fa0 fixes the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2025-8194 | 1 Python | 1 Cpython | 2026-04-22 | 7.5 High |
| There is a defect in the CPython “tarfile” module affecting the “TarFile” extraction and entry enumeration APIs. The tar implementation would process tar archives with negative offsets without error, resulting in an infinite loop and deadlock during the parsing of maliciously crafted tar archives. This vulnerability can be mitigated by including the following patch after importing the “tarfile” module: https://gist.github.com/sethmlarson/1716ac5b82b73dbcbf23ad2eff8b33e1 | ||||
| CVE-2026-32287 | 1 Antchfx | 1 Xpath | 2026-04-22 | 7.5 High |
| Boolean XPath expressions that evaluate to true can cause an infinite loop in logicalQuery.Select, leading to 100% CPU usage. This can be triggered by top-level selectors such as "1=1" or "true()". | ||||
| CVE-2026-24803 | 1 Coolsnowwolf | 1 Lede | 2026-04-18 | N/A |
| Loop with Unreachable Exit Condition ('Infinite Loop') vulnerability in coolsnowwolf lede (package/lean/mt/drivers/mt7615d/src/mt_wifi/embedded/security modules). This vulnerability is associated with program files bn_lib.C. This issue affects lede: through r25.10.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-2739 | 1 Indutny | 1 Bn.js | 2026-04-18 | 5.3 Medium |
| This affects versions of the package bn.js before 5.2.3. Calling maskn(0) on any BN instance corrupts the internal state, causing toString(), divmod(), and other methods to enter an infinite loop, hanging the process indefinitely. | ||||
| CVE-2026-24485 | 2 Dlemstra, Imagemagick | 2 Magick.net, Imagemagick | 2026-04-18 | 7.5 High |
| ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to versions 7.1.2-15 and 6.9.13-40, when a PCD file does not contain a valid Sync marker, the DecodeImage() function becomes trapped in an infinite loop while searching for the Sync marker, causing the program to become unresponsive and continuously consume CPU resources, ultimately leading to system resource exhaustion and denial of service. Versions 7.1.2-15 and 6.9.13-40 contain a patch. | ||||
| CVE-2026-23082 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-18 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: can: gs_usb: gs_usb_receive_bulk_callback(): unanchor URL on usb_submit_urb() error In commit 7352e1d5932a ("can: gs_usb: gs_usb_receive_bulk_callback(): fix URB memory leak"), the URB was re-anchored before usb_submit_urb() in gs_usb_receive_bulk_callback() to prevent a leak of this URB during cleanup. However, this patch did not take into account that usb_submit_urb() could fail. The URB remains anchored and usb_kill_anchored_urbs(&parent->rx_submitted) in gs_can_close() loops infinitely since the anchor list never becomes empty. To fix the bug, unanchor the URB when an usb_submit_urb() error occurs, also print an info message. | ||||
| CVE-2026-21507 | 2 Color, Internationalcolorconsortium | 2 Iccdev, Iccdev | 2026-04-18 | 7.5 High |
| iccDEV provides a set of libraries and tools for working with ICC color management profiles. Versions 2.3.1 and below have an infinite loop in the IccProfile.cpp function, CalcProfileID. This issue is fixed in version 2.3.1.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-0960 | 1 Wireshark | 1 Wireshark | 2026-04-18 | 4.7 Medium |
| HTTP3 protocol dissector infinite loop in Wireshark 4.6.0 to 4.6.2 allows denial of service | ||||
| CVE-2026-21905 | 2 Juniper, Juniper Networks | 29 Junos, Mx10004, Mx10008 and 26 more | 2026-04-18 | 7.5 High |
| A Loop with Unreachable Exit Condition ('Infinite Loop') vulnerability in the SIP application layer gateway (ALG) of Juniper Networks Junos OS on SRX Series and MX Series with MX-SPC3 or MS-MPC allows an unauthenticated network-based attacker sending specific SIP messages over TCP to crash the flow management process, leading to a Denial of Service (DoS). On SRX Series, and MX Series with MX-SPC3 or MS-MPC service cards, receipt of multiple SIP messages causes the SIP headers to be parsed incorrectly, eventually causing a continuous loop and leading to a watchdog timer expiration, crashing the flowd process on SRX Series and MX Series with MX-SPC3, or mspmand process on MX Series with MS-MPC. This issue only occurs over TCP. SIP messages sent over UDP cannot trigger this issue. This issue affects Junos OS on SRX Series and MX Series with MX-SPC3 and MS-MPC: * all versions before 21.2R3-S10, * from 21.4 before 21.4R3-S12, * from 22.4 before 22.4R3-S8, * from 23.2 before 23.2R2-S5, * from 23.4 before 23.4R2-S6, * from 24.2 before 24.2R2-S3, * from 24.4 before 24.4R2-S1, * from 25.2 before 25.2R1-S1, 25.2R2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-23874 | 1 Imagemagick | 1 Imagemagick | 2026-04-18 | 5.5 Medium |
| ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Versions prior to 7.1.2-13 have a stack overflow via infinite recursion in MSL (Magick Scripting Language) `<write>` command when writing to MSL format. Version 7.1.2-13 fixes the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-24802 | 1 Briandilley | 1 Jsonrpc4j | 2026-04-18 | N/A |
