| A vulnerability was found in Apereo CAS 5.2.6. It has been declared as problematic. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file cas-5.2.6\core\cas-server-core-configuration-metadata-repository\src\main\java\org\apereo\cas\metadata\rest\CasConfigurationMetadataServerController.java. The manipulation of the argument Name leads to inefficient regular expression complexity. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| A vulnerability was found in Apereo CAS 5.2.6. It has been classified as problematic. This affects the function ResponseEntity of the file cas-5.2.6\webapp-mgmt\cas-management-webapp-support\src\main\java\org\apereo\cas\mgmt\services\web\ManageRegisteredServicesMultiActionController.java. The manipulation of the argument Query leads to inefficient regular expression complexity. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |

| ** UNSUPPORTED WHEN ASSIGNED ** Inefficient Regular Expression Complexity vulnerability in Apache Traffic Control.
This issue affects Apache Traffic Control: all versions.
People with access to the management interface of the Traffic Router component could specify malicious patterns and cause unavailability.
As this project is retired, we do not plan to release a version that fixes this issue. Users are recommended to find an alternative or restrict access to the instance to trusted users.
NOTE: This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer. |
| Conjur provides secrets management and application identity for infrastructure. Conjur OSS versions 1.19.5 through 1.21.1 and Secrets Manager, Self-Hosted (formerly known as Conjur Enterprise) 13.1 through 13.4.1 are vulnerable to remote code execution An authenticated attacker who can inject secrets or templates into the Secrets Manager, Self-Hosted database could take advantage of an exposed API endpoint to execute arbitrary Ruby code within the Secrets Manager process. This issue affects both Secrets Manager, Self-Hosted (formerly Conjur Enterprise) and Conjur OSS. Conjur OSS version 1.21.2 and Secrets Manager, Self-Hosted version 13.5 fix the issue. |
| Missing Origin Validation in WebSockets vulnerability in Apache Zeppelin.
The attacker could access the Zeppelin server from another origin without any restriction, and get internal information about paragraphs.
This issue affects Apache Zeppelin: from 0.11.1 before 0.12.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 0.12.0, which fixes the issue. |
| CUPS is a standards-based, open-source printing system, and `cups-browsed` contains network printing functionality including, but not limited to, auto-discovering print services and shared printers. `cups-browsed` binds to `INADDR_ANY:631`, causing it to trust any packet from any source, and can cause the `Get-Printer-Attributes` IPP request to an attacker controlled URL. When combined with other vulnerabilities, such as CVE-2024-47076, CVE-2024-47175, and CVE-2024-47177, an attacker can execute arbitrary commands remotely on the target machine without authentication when a malicious printer is printed to. |
| A vulnerability was identified in the kjd/idna library, specifically within the `idna.encode()` function, affecting version 3.6. The issue arises from the function's handling of crafted input strings, which can lead to quadratic complexity and consequently, a denial of service condition. This vulnerability is triggered by a crafted input that causes the `idna.encode()` function to process the input with considerable computational load, significantly increasing the processing time in a quadratic manner relative to the input size. |
| QAbstractOAuth in Qt Network Authorization in Qt before 5.15.17, 6.x before 6.2.13, 6.3.x through 6.5.x before 6.5.6, and 6.6.x through 6.7.x before 6.7.1 uses only the time to seed the PRNG, which may result in guessable values. |
| An invalid memory write issue in Jasper-Software Jasper v.4.1.1 and before allows a local attacker to execute arbitrary code. |
| Sudo before 1.9.15 might allow row hammer attacks (for authentication bypass or privilege escalation) because application logic sometimes is based on not equaling an error value (instead of equaling a success value), and because the values do not resist flips of a single bit. |
